Updated September 17, 2026. This notice describes analytics on beaifirst.ai and information you choose to send through our contact, booking and AI assessment services.

Optional website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to public marketing pages and successful enquiries or bookings. Google processes usage information, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers to provide analytics. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals in this setup.

For visitors identified as being in the United States, analytics is enabled unless you turn it off. For visitors outside the United States, or when we cannot determine the country, we ask for permission before enabling analytics. Our hosting provider supplies an approximate country based on the connection; our analytics preference endpoint does not store your IP address or country. Your previous choice is remembered in this browser. You can turn analytics off or change your choice using Analytics settings at the bottom of public pages. Declining does not prevent you from using the site. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics disabled.

Our marketing events exclude contact-form contents, names, email addresses, audit answers, client records, and raw URL query strings. When analytics is enabled, we retain only predefined campaign codes for the current browser tab so we can compare outreach sources. We also record clicks toward booking separately from successful enquiries. Marketing tracking is limited to public pages and does not run on the audit, client portal, administration, or signing pages.

Your enquiries

When you submit a contact or booking form, we use the information you provide to respond and arrange the requested conversation. That information is separate from the limited analytics events described above.

AI assessments and saved accounts

The assessment uses a hosted AI service from Anthropic to process the conversation and relevant business context. An account lets you save your conversation, business information and assessment outputs. Our team can review this information and prepare or approve a recommendation. Assessment and enquiry information may also be recorded in our CRM to support the requested follow-up.

Share high-level descriptions rather than confidential records, passwords or sensitive personal information. The assessment on this website is separate from any private or on-premises implementation we may later agree with you. The handling of information in a client deployment depends on that project’s agreed systems and responsibilities.

For questions about saved information or to request access, correction or deletion, contact us using the address below. We will discuss the request and any applicable retention requirements; this notice does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
