He went on to do the same at BP and Priceline, bringing AI-driven transformation to Fortune 500 operations.

Now he is founder of PurposeLife (AI coaching), Invown (fintech), and a multi-state rental portfolio — all operated AI-first, with agentic AI embedded across every facet of the business.

Mendel is the Chief Revenue Officer at Be AI First, where he leads growth strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market execution. He brings an operator's perspective shaped by building and running real-world businesses.

He founded Loo Haven, a restroom-trailer rental company serving events across the Northeast and beyond, and Breit Realty, a New Haven–based real estate investment firm he founded to acquire properties directly and efficiently.

Mendy is the Chief Technology Officer at Be AI First, responsible for technical strategy and delivery across AI implementations. He is a senior software professional at Chabad.org, where he has worked on large-scale software systems.
