“We could do more. We need the capacity.”
Serve more clients, expand what you offer or improve how work gets delivered. Identify where AI could change the economics—and test the idea.
Start with the opportunityAI implementation for your business
Take on more business. Launch a service you’ve been putting off. Put your proprietary knowledge to work.
beAIfirst helps you choose and implement the right AI approach—with your business goals, data requirements and operating costs in mind.
Have an idea, a project that’s stuck or requirements an off-the-shelf product doesn’t meet? Start there.
Find your starting point
You can see the opportunity. Now you need to work out what it takes—and have someone carry the implementation through with you.
Serve more clients, expand what you offer or improve how work gets delivered. Identify where AI could change the economics—and test the idea.
Start with the opportunityYour customer records, internal knowledge and proprietary data come with real requirements. Decide what AI can access and where it should run.
Explore data and deploymentBring a clear project, a promising prototype or tools your team wants to use. Work through the decisions and implementation needed to put it into practice.
See how we helpUnderstand the cost of wider adoption. Measure real usage and make informed decisions about models, infrastructure and how the system operates.
Plan for operating costsHow we help
We work with you to define the result you want, assess the available approaches and carry an agreed implementation through testing and handover.
The right answer might be a product you already have, a customized deployment or a system built around your requirements. We explain the choices before recommending the work.
Make relevant business information available to AI through the appropriate connections, access controls and data foundations. Build the missing pieces where your project needs them.
Your knowledge. Available where it matters.
Assess commercial platforms, privately hosted models and on-premises options against your requirements. Understand the differences in capability, cost, maintenance and control.
Deployment shaped around your requirements.
Connect the implementation to your existing systems. Agree on what AI handles, where people review the work and who owns the process.
A clear place for your team and your systems.
Estimate costs at realistic usage levels. Test the assumptions, monitor consumption and establish spending controls as part of the implementation.
The running costs belong in the plan.
Our work
Client implementation / 101
Ryan Cockerill, Founder and Managing Partner of 101 Net Lease, had worked with Claude on a plan for his business and its data. Before investing more time implementing it, he needed experienced people to assess whether the approach would work in practice—and then deliver a working system.
We reviewed the plan against what his business actually needed. We kept the parts that made sense, replaced the parts that did not, and made the implementation decisions needed to turn it into a working system. Our role combined technical judgment with hands-on delivery.
The result is a live Microsoft Azure data foundation: incoming exports are received, validated and imported into Azure SQL, with alerts for missing deliveries and failed imports. Ryan has a working foundation for his AI workflows, with the plan evaluated and adapted along the way.
“I really enjoyed working with beAIfirst. We wanted AI to work with our own deal data, and they turned that goal into infrastructure built around our business. They built the ingestion pipeline and database that our agents could work from. For us, becoming AI-first meant putting that foundation in place—and beAIfirst delivered it.”

Built around the firm’s own deal flow
01 / RECEIVE
External data exports land in Azure Blob Storage; a completion marker signals that delivery is ready
02 / CHECK & IMPORT
Download the export, check its manifest, row count, schema version and checksum, then call the ingest service
03 / STORE & MONITOR
Write to Azure SQL, with alerts for missing deliveries and failed imports

Our approach
You don’t need every answer before we talk. Bring the business objective, the obstacle or the project you want to move forward.
Agree on what would make this worthwhile, the current baseline and the requirements the implementation must meet.
Assess existing products and any additional work. Explain tradeoffs and estimate implementation and operating costs.
Use representative information and agreed success criteria. Learn what needs to change before wider adoption.
Implement with your team, define responsibilities and prepare the handover. Agree on any ongoing support.
Scope, deliverables, fees and timing are agreed for your engagement.
Before you invest
Clear decisions about your tools, your information and your investment.

That may involve configuring existing products, integrating systems, developing additional components or changing how the work is done.
Yes. We assess what information the application needs, who should have access and the requirements for how it is processed and stored. Those decisions shape the recommended implementation.
We can assess and implement private deployment approaches, including privately hosted models and on-premises options, where appropriate. The choice depends on your requirements, available infrastructure, expected usage and the capabilities the application needs.
That is a decision to evaluate. We examine what an existing model or product can do before recommending customization. Using your own information does not automatically require training a new model.
We assess the complete operating picture: model usage, hosting, software and ongoing support. We estimate costs at expected volumes, test those assumptions and establish suitable monitoring and spending controls. The aim is an implementation whose economics you understand.
We consider portability during planning and explain where the implementation depends on a particular provider. Where practical, we design for flexibility. Any material cost or capability tradeoffs should be clear before you commit.
It depends on the scope, requirements and work involved. We agree on fees and deliverables before the engagement begins, and distinguish implementation fees from expected ongoing costs. Our services page lists the current starting prices.
Yes. Bring the current setup, the intended result and what is getting in the way. We can assess what to keep, what needs work and what a next phase would involve.
