He had a plan from Claude. He needed to know it would work.
Ryan Cockerill, Founder and Managing Partner of 101 Net Lease, had worked with Claude on a plan for his business and its data. Before investing more time implementing it, he needed experienced people to assess whether the approach would work in practice—and then deliver a working system.
We reviewed the plan against what his business actually needed. We kept the parts that made sense, replaced the parts that did not, and made the implementation decisions needed to turn it into a working system. Our role combined technical judgment with hands-on delivery.
The result is a live Microsoft Azure data foundation: incoming exports are received, validated and imported into Azure SQL, with alerts for missing deliveries and failed imports. Ryan has a working foundation for his AI workflows, with the plan evaluated and adapted along the way.

You may already have the right tools. We help when you need someone to work through the business requirements and carry the implementation forward with your team. That may involve configuring existing products, integrating systems, developing additional components or changing how the work is done.
Can you help us use proprietary information?
Yes. We assess what information the application needs, who should have access and the requirements for how it is processed and stored. Those decisions shape the recommended implementation.
Can we use a private model or run AI on-premises?
We can assess and implement private deployment approaches, including privately hosted models and on-premises options, where appropriate. The choice depends on your requirements, available infrastructure, expected usage and the capabilities the application needs.
Do we need our own model?
That is a decision to evaluate. We examine what an existing model or product can do before recommending customization. Using your own information does not automatically require training a new model.
How do you keep costs under control?
We assess the complete operating picture: model usage, hosting, software and ongoing support. We estimate costs at expected volumes, test those assumptions and establish suitable monitoring and spending controls. The aim is an implementation whose economics you understand.
Can we change providers later?
We consider portability during planning and explain where the implementation depends on a particular provider. Where practical, we design for flexibility. Any material cost or capability tradeoffs should be clear before you commit.
What will an engagement cost?
It depends on the scope, requirements and work involved. We agree on fees and deliverables before the engagement begins, and distinguish implementation fees from expected ongoing costs. Our services page lists the current starting prices.
